The stretch of work is way longer than our very Lifespan,

Deeper than thoughts, than the love of Man and a Woman..

People want you to work with them, but especially for Them,

Yet they're not ready nor willing to bail one out of a Problem.

In life, a lot of people think it's money that counts Most,

That's why they never give attention till their brain Roast.

They ignore the feelings, thoughts and their Mental Health,

Then becomes too late if they're fortunate to get the Wealth.

We do not notice that everyday, we each play with Death,

We only realize it, when it is time for it to collect its Debt.

That's when we begin to gradually return the pay we Owe,

We come to the true reality, to reap all the borrow we Sow.

The world itself will it make seem like you ain't doing Enough,

One will be slowly dying of lung cancer, they'll say it's Cough.

That's how we'll ignore leprosy and face treatment of Eczema,

We'll abandon the bigger picture, until it becomes a Dilemma.

Sometimes, why do we see very cool people, suddenly Snap?

One who has never been violent, out of nowhere giving a Slap?

Wait, why do you think people die in their sleep for no Reason?

Possibly they've been jailed in their thought and mind's Prison.

Yes, it's not easy to take a break when there's a lot of Pressure,

No time to check the time, no moment of slow down nor Leisure.

Cause every time we take a breather, there's much more to Do,

Which makes us living like robots, turning us to Black and Blue.

It's sad that, we create one excuse or the other to escape Sanity,

We keep struggling and pushing ourselves to the edge of Vanity.

Incline our brain and heart to ignore the pain, to settle the Bout,

Till one day, they both shut down, when we're totally Burnt Out.

... Please, take a pause and give attention to your Emotional and Mental Health, because if you don't, one day it'll kill or punch you below the Physical Belt ... Seek a Loved One to rant, talk and share your thoughts with.
