Will they see, will they Know?

Is it obvious, will it ever Show?

Are they paying attention to Time?

The height and intensity of Crime?

Are you carried away by the lust for Money?

The tempting horizon and sweetness of Honey?

Are we selfish and only fueling our spirit of Greed?

Making it at all cost our grand purpose and Creed?

Have you noticed that things keep going to Worst?

The irons and metals we are shining, turning to Rust..

Kids we ask now: What do you want to be when you Grow?

They simply want to be rich, that's all they think and Know.

What happened to the values and truth that once Was?

Where did we go wrong, what channel and what Course?

People are going against the ways and laws of Nature,

Creating sick concept, they call it, but killing our Future.

We shy away from the records and from the Signs,

We ignore the traces and look away from the Lines.

We blame the system, the law, leaders and all that surrounds It,

But the question is: What step are we moving to the Drum Beat?
