It is generally known that, Time waits for no Man,

It has no brake, it never slows down for no Woman.

Sometimes, it seems time is running faster most Days,

One moment you're young, and the next, you are Gray..

Life has a way of turning our fairytales to Horror,

It seems to create a vortex of pain, hurt and Dishonor..

It begins to alter our view of the world due to the Occurrences,

With all the natural disasters and the new endless Pestilences..

One of the toughest moment is to watch someone you love get Sick,

All of a sudden, a person who is strong, begins to walk with a Stick..

They gradually begin to lose their taste for drink and mostly Food,

Their appetites wane and most time, you notice they just Brood..

A person who is always lively seems to get stuck in a peculiar Spot,

They get pushed around every time like a baby in its little Cot..

Doctor's appointment never seems to stop and does not End,

From one particular part of the hospital they call and simply Send..

At times, we have to keep them in the house to manage and Hope,

We spend our lots and tokens, we try to hold still, struggling to Cope..

Sometimes at moments like this, it seems like God has abandoned Us,

It feels like we meant nothing, especially when it all seem to get Worse..

It's never a good thing to see or hear someone live their life in constant Pain,

Due to a natural cause or artificial, not to be able to enjoy the sun and Rain..

To observe as they lose their strength despite the treatments and Waddings,

It's one of the worst things to watch a person we love die or gradually Fading..

..May all those going through an ailment or pain find Comfort, and if you've ever lost someone, may God be your Fort..
