GRATEFUL HEART

... GRATEFUL HEART ...

It's sad that the world is filled with so much Trouble,

And as we think about it all, it makes it really Double..

It put us in a state of constant worry and Disengaged,

And we find ourselves in a place of complain that isn't Envisaged..

Sometimes, in the heat of it all, we lose our sense of Appreciation,

Due to the problems here and there, all right to do grows in Depreciation..

We forget the good things that we still have in each of our very Lives,

Not one, not two, that can't be counted in threes, fours or Fives..

Our mind is so centered on the things we don't have nor Possess,

Our brain is off the right channel, it sometimes leaves its Process..

We duly focus on the bad that happens and not the Positives..

Even if they are minute and small compared to all the Negatives..

We allow the social media prompt our line of sight and Thinking,

We let people direct our sense of perceiving and true Reasoning..

We give people the key to our heart to show us the path of Darkness,

And forget the fact that we are alive is enough to make us see the Brightness..

There are many outthere who don't have half of what we do Have,

It's even surprising that God most times give us what we don't Deserve..

The fact that we can wake each day, still breathe is enough to set us Apart,

From those who see complain in everything and hardly express a Grateful Heart...

... Always thank God even for the little things ...
