... METERS 'N' MILES ...

People do say "distance makes the heart grow Fonder",

But most time it keeps your head and mind to Wonder..

It gives this sense of 'I miss and can't wait to see You',

Yet at other times, the distance makes us feel Blue..

Sometimes, distance causes a form or level of Distrust,

Rather than make a union feel new, it seems to build Rust..

It's a blend of confusion, breeding positive and Negative,

Initiates a level of problems and may be quite Destructive..

It's true that work, our needs and situations could make us go Faraway,

There might be a reason or more that is hard to explain, tell or Say..

We could once see our loved ones every single time and Day,

But out of the blue, all that could clear out of the Way..

It could test our level of control, patience and Endurance,

It may promote our sense of resistance and build Tolerance..

Still, if someone give no thought to its possible Repercussions,

Could ruin relationships if there is no regular and prompt Discussions..

Whether one knows or not, distance breeds a level of Temptation,

It creates an avenue and atmosphere of lies and cruel Deception..

Because it's hard to tell what is happening on the other Side,

It's tough, since one can't tell if they tell the truth or Lied..

Yes, it's not everyone that space and distance affects the Same,

It could make some relationship stronger and make others Lame..

But we are not made to be far from one another rather close like fixed Tiles,

So if possible, we should find a way to breach the gap of the Meters and Miles..
