The weather was a bit chilly, everything was pretty dry. It was early November, the winter season, the leaves on the trees were scanty, covered in frost- fluffy like flakes, the cold was a bit unbearable. Somewhere in a hospital, a woman was panting and groaning, she was in pain and in labour. She knew a set of twins was in her womb and she couldn't wait for them to be born and held in her arms.
Gradually, one of the babies started to crown as she was encouraged to keep pushing to aid the baby's movement towards the exit. Eventually, the first came out successfully and was silent, so the doctor told one of the nurses to keep rubbing his back, still no sound, then the doctor gave a harder smack on the back and he started screaming "huwaahhh! huwaaahh!!
The mother wanted to rest a while because of the energy she exerted in delivering the first one, but the doctor urged her not to, because if she did it might cause a lil complication for her, especially for the second baby, they know the longer a baby stays in the womb, grave danger it poses for the baby. So she kept pushing again, then the second one started crown as the former and was delivered too, but he on the other hand came out with a much forceful cry without been prompted.. Huuuuwaaaaaaahh!! Then he was also taken away to be cleaned up like his brother.
After the delivery, their mother was told to rest and the day panned with congratulations coming from all angle, the nurses, doctors, friends, well-wishers and so on, it was a day of joy to the family because everything was fine with the delivery without the occasional complications that some mothers experience. The infants had a slight difference, but what was it? Why was this difference significant? Let's find out..
