..THE BELOVED ( EPISODE TWO )..

   After all the congratulations that have been flooding in from every corner, the true reality of the twin birth now set in. It isn't the issue of funds or money to take care of them neither was it an issue if they wanted the kids. None at all! It was simply the thought of taking care of them almost at the same time, especially for their mother who needs to be constantly here and there to respond to each of their insatiable needs.

    So grandma came along to take care of their mother, also to assist her in bathing the babies as best as she can. She was very proud of her daughter and the strength she had to carry this babies in her womb for nine months and the energy to push when she had to. She looked back to her own time when she was at her daughter's age, she wanted a set of twins so badly but she couldn't, so she prayed endlessly for one of her child to bear one. Her true happiness knew no bounds when she heard of her beautiful daughter having such healthy and energetic babies and that was the more reason she didn't wait a day to be with them.

   The twins continued to grow well and strong, people came by to see them with various kind of gifts ranging from clothes, sandals, napkins, baby nappies because there wasn't anything like diapers back then. Most of these gifts were impeccably identical just as it ought to be for a set of twins. During the cause of time, the difference started to appear gradually, one was a little dark while the other was fair. Also, their mother made an observation that was peculiar to each of them, one was quite fast to take his food, while the other takes his meal within stops.

    When grandma made this observation, she couldn't help it but to prefer the one with the voracious appetite to the other who isn't. She told their mother that, the slow one takes too much time to respond to food which makes her feel easily tired, so she prefers to feed the faster one. The fact is, you cannot even imagine how quick he was when taking his meal, he's so quick that they give him the unfinished food that his brother didn't take.

     As they grew older, the disparity between them grew and people who could truly observe saw this, but those who didn't, believe they are a set to the core, just like beans in a peapod. They were truly fond of each other, but at times they had clash of opinions which sometimes isn't that easy to settle. This twins were truly a work of art, a beautiful creation. But what about their father?  Were the twins born out of wedlock? Just sit back and relax as it pans out...
