... THE KISS OF LIFE ...

Most of us are going through a hard Time,

Dangerous, rigorous and as sour as Lime..

That makes us hardly have moments to Share,

That makes it all seem like we do not really Care..

Those things we had time for in the Past,

Now, seems to come second or even Last..

Less or no time for relaxing and Leisure,

It's like every free time has its Measure..

Parents are too busy chasing their ward's Needs,

That they forget they're not adults, but Kids..

So the attention they truly and fully Deserve,

Is taken for granted and not always Observed..

Even everyday, the children are loaded with Assignments,

That they hardly have time for outdoor events or Entertainment..

So they have to seek other means to get their lil Enjoyment,

Just focusing on their phones, playing games or the Internet..

The bond of friendships is wearing thin and Weak,

No time for ourselves, talkless of moments to visit or Seek..

Physical contacts have now become distant and Strained,

In partial communication and relation we're fully Trained..

Relationship between couples has gotten Worse,

We've become the asunder, the very true Curse..

When one partner is here, and the other one is in another State,

Been served by another person, eating from the other Plate..

Tell me, why would life not be harder and ever more Complicated?

How would Love not shrink, why wouldn't it die and Excommunicated?

Most of the time, all we need is the soothing touch and words of a dear loved One,

A Kiss of Life that is as pleasant as drinking cold water in the hot afternoon Sun..

... I MISS YOU. Tell someone that today, warm their heart and make them SMILE again ...
